RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Patriot Cigars, we understand that sometimes preferences change, and satisfaction is paramount. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind, knowing that they can easily navigate the process if they've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product.
We will happily accept returns and will issue full refund minus the shipping. Bundles/Packages of cigars will receive full refund if no more than 2 cigars have been smoked. Cigars must be returned in sellable condition, no cut or partially smoked cigars. Please ensure when packing your return , to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packing, no refund will be issued.
